This case emanated from a Petition filed by Alejandro B. Ty on May 10, 1996, praying' that an order be issued dissolving the corporate personality and existence of International Realty Corporation ("IRC" for brevity), cancelling its certificate of registration, and, as a result thereof, confirming the sole ownership of all the parcels of land and distributing all the corporate assets in favor of petitioner.
