Notice is hereby given that on August 1, 2005, a sworn petition was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission for and on behalf of MILLENNIUM PLANS, INC. praying that its registration statement and dealer of pre-need plans be amended to reflect the change of type of plans licensed to be sold from Education and Pension to Pension and Memorial and Cremation plans.
