AMLC RESOLUTION NO. 084-12

PURSUANT TO Section 19 of Republic Act No. 9160, otherwise known as the "ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING ACT OF 2001", and acting on the Recommendation of the AMLC Secretariat, the Anti-Money Laundering Council hereby approves the "REVISED IMPLEMENTING RULES AND REGULATIONS (RIRRs) OF REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9160, otherwise known as the "ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING ACT OF 2001", AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9194 AND REPUBLIC ACT NO. 10167".

Let copies of the RIRRs be published in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.
