AMLC RESOLUTION NO. 119-11
In its Memorandum dated 10 October 2011, the AMLC Secretariat (AMLCS) reported to the Council that:
On 22 June 2011, the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) Committee ("Al-Qaida Sanctions Committee") established pursuant to Resolution 1267 (1999) approved the deletion of eight (8) entries in the Al-Qaida Sanctions List. 1 Accordingly, the asset freeze, among others, set out in paragraph 1 2 of UNSC Resolution 1989 (2011) no longer applies to them. aEDCAH
