AMLC RESOLUTION NO. 124-11
In its Memorandum dated 14 October 2011, the AMLC Secretariat (AMLCS) reported to the Council that: TEcAHI
On 19 August 2011, the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) Al-Qaida and Taliban Sanctions Committee decided to remove the name of Mr. Abdul Latif Saleh from its Consolidated List after concluding its consideration of the delisting request of the said individual through the Ombudsperson established pursuant to Security Council Resolution 1904 (2009), and after considering the Comprehensive Report thereon of the Ombudsperson. Accordingly, the asset freeze, among others, set out in paragraph 1 1 of UNSC Resolution 1989 (2011) adopted under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations no longer applies to him.
