TO : Authorized Agents, Airline and Shipping Companies
1. Authorized Agents and Airline and Shipping Companies are informed that, to conform to the provisions of Central Bank Circular No. 42 dated May 21, 1953, E. C. Form Nos. 303 (Revised), 304 (Revised) and 305 (Revised) have been further revised. Copies of these forms as further revised are attached. dctai
2. E. C. Form No. 303 (Revised) now entitled "DECLARATION OF PHILIPPINE CURRENCY, FOREIGN EXCHANGE AND SECURITIES IN THE POSSESSION OF PHILIPPINE RESIDENTS ENTERING THE PHILIPPINES" shall be accomplished in triplicate, the original and duplicate thereof to be submitted to the Central Bank Agent at the point of entry and the triplicate retained by the person reporting. As stated in the heading of this form, aside from foreign exchange and Philippine currency brought into the Philippines by the person reporting, he shall also declare any securities which he may have brought with him.
