The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas has authorized the change of corporate name of Banco Dipolog, Inc. A Rural Bank to "PBCOM Rural Bank, Inc." The Bank has registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) its Amended Articles of Incorporation and Amended By-Laws bearing its new corporate name and the SEC issued the pertinent certification thereon on 09 July 2018. cSEDTC
