The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas has noted the change of corporate name of Bank One Savings and Trust Corporation to "Bank One Savings Corporation." The Bank has registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission its Amended Articles of Incorporation bearing its new corporate name on 20 October 2017.
