TO : All Commercial Banks (Private Domestic, Branches of Foreign Banks and the Philippine National Bank)
For the purpose of keeping track of the domestic credits of the commercial banking system, attached is a sample format of a consolidated weekly report on domestic credits to be submitted to the Central Bank two (2) banking days after reference week.
However, initial reports starting the week ended November 5, 1976 shall be submitted not later than the fourth banking day from the date of receipt of this circular letter. cda
