The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas has approved the change of the corporate name of CSF Rural Bank of Bayambang, Inc. to "CSFIRST BANK, INC. — A RURAL BANK". The Securities and Exchange Commission has registered the Bank's Amended Articles of Incorporation and Amended By-Laws bearing its new corporate name on 13 July 2010. DaTICE
