NOTICE TO ALL SEC REGISTERED DOMESTIC CORPORATIONS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT GIS
| RE | : | Deferment of Implementation of SEC Memorandum Circular No. 17, Series of 2018 |
Please be informed that the implementation of the requirement to disclose beneficial ownership information in the General Information Sheet (GIS) under SEC Memorandum Circular No. 17, Series of 2018 has been deferred to 31 July 2019. This is pursuant to the Commission En Banc Resolution on 27 June 2019.
The Commission will be coming out with clarifications/amendments to the said Circular prior to the effective date of its implementation to guide all concerned in complying with the new requirement.
