To facilitate the preparation of registration statements in connection with subsequent filing of applications for registration/licensing of additional plans, pre-need companies need not attach documents previously submitted in connection with the filing of original applications for the registration/licensing of plans unless changes, amendments or revisions had been made in connection thereto. A sworn statement to the effect that there has been no change in the information/documents previously given shall be sufficient. prcd
