The Exchange approved on June 11, 2003, October 8, 2003 and April 13, 2005 the application of HOUSE OF INVESTMENTS, INC. ("the Company") to list a total of 598,645,493 underlying common shares, with a par value of P1.50 per share, to cover the underlying shares of the issued Convertible Preferred Shares, subject to the actual exercise of the conversion rights by the preferred shareholders.
In this connection, please be advised that the Company received notices from the preferred shareholders for the conversion of 107,562 preferred shares to 28,683 common shares.
In view thereof, the listing of additional 28,683 common shares is set for Monday, April 8, 2013. This brings the number of common shares listed arising from the conversion of the said Convertible Preferred Shares to a total of 14,156,344 common shares.
The designated Stock Transfer Agent is hereby authorized to issue the corresponding stock certificate to the preferred shareholders.
