CEASE AND DESIST ORDER
This resolves the Motion for the Issuance of a Cease and Desist Order 1 dated 27 May 2020 (the "Motion"),filed by the Enforcement and Investor Protection Department (the "EIPD") with the Office of the General Counsel, 2 praying that an order be issued by the Commission directing BUILDING OUR SUCCESS STORIES NETWORK, INC. ("BOSS Network"),its directors, corporate officers, salesmen, agents, representatives, and any and all persons claiming and acting for and in their behalf, to cease and desist from engaging in the sale and/or offer for sale of securities in the form of investment contract until the requisite registration statement is duly filed and approved by the Commission, and the corresponding license to offer/sell securities is issued; and from selling, encumbering, conveying, or disposing any of its properties and assets without the prior written approval of the Commission.
