IN THE MATTER OF: REVOCATION OF CERTIFICATE OF AUTHORITY TO OPERATE AS A LENDING COMPANY OF Z.C. BUEN MANO LENDING CORPORATION
ORDER OF REVOCATION
WHEREAS, the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "Commission") exercises regulatory and supervisory authority over lending companies by virtue of Republic Act No. 9474 or the Lending Company Regulation Act of 2007; HTcADC
WHEREAS, Z.C. Buen Mano Lending Corporation failed to comply with the reportorial and other compliance requirements prescribed by the Commission;
WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing and by virtue of the Commission's Resolution dated 4 July 2019, Z.C. Buen Mano Lending Corporation's Certificate of Authority to Operate as a Lending Company is hereby REVOKED.
Let this Order be published once in a newspaper of general circulation and in the Commission's website.
