ORDER
In view of the findings of petitioner Enforcement and Prosecution Department (EPD) regarding Rise E-Commerce Systems, Inc. (Rise), that the said corporation and its incorporators cannot be located at their last known addresses, as evidenced by the following certifications and notations from the 27 May 2009 surveillance on the said corporation and 13 July 2009 Notice of Conference:
1) Rise E-Commerce Systems, Inc. — "has already moved out from the 19th floor of Galleria Corporate Center, and is not a tenant or occupant of this building since June 2003. 5/27/09 (signed)"
2) Mr. Mark Lopez, Ms. Alodia G. Setiar, Mr. Kenneth U. Teves, and Ms. Michelle P. Geange — "insufficient address; cannot be located (6/15/2009)"
This Office concludes that any attempt to personally serve the summons upon Rise and its incorporators at the aforesaid addresses would be a waste of time and effort by the Commission's process servers.
