NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that on 18 December 2014, a sworn registration statement was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on behalf of GWEILO CORPORATION, (the "Company") for the registration of up to 159,225,000 common shares with an over-allotment option of up to 15,000,000 common shares with par value of Php1.00 per share, divided as follows: EcTCAD
(1) Up to 75,000,000 shares that shall be offered and sold by way if a primary offering at an offer price of up to Php1.00; and
(2) Up to 84,225,000 shares with par value of Php1.00 per share which shall not be included in the offer.
