Notice is hereby given that on 7 February 2014, a sworn registration was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on behalf of MANILA NORTH TOLLWAYS CORPORATION for the registration of Fixed-Rate Peso-denominated Retail Bonds due to mature on 2021 for the Seven Year issuance Bonds and on 2024 for the Ten Year issuance and with an aggregate principal amount of up to Seven Billion Pesos (P7,000,000,000.00).
