Before the Commission is a Motion for Issuance of a Temporary Cease and Desist Order ("Motion") 1 filed on 26 October 2015 by the Enforcement and Investor Protection Department (EIPD) of this Commission to enjoin ONE TEAM GLOBAL SOLUTIONS, INC. ("ONE TEAM") from further implementing its Personal Matrix scheme and any other activity that involve the offer and/or sale of securities to protect the public from unnecessary exposure.
