This refers to petitioner's Motion to Withdraw the Petition for Correction, Replacement and Admission of Documents ("Motion to Withdraw Petition") dated July 31, 2014, relative to the above-entitled case.
On July 9, 2014, the Commission has already issued an Order, copy hereto attached, resolving the above-entitled case, the original of which is now on file with this Commission.
Taking into consideration that petitioner's Motion to Withdraw Petition, which was received by the Commission only on July 31, 2014, was filed after the issuance of the above-mentioned Order, the same is already irrelevant or moot and academic.
