NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that on 18 June 2014, a sworn Registration Statement was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission for and on behalf of Aboitiz Power Corporation for the registration of Php5,000,000,000.00 with an oversubscription option of up to Php5,000,000,000.00 worth of debt securities to be issued at 100% of face value. The total amount of up to a maximum of Php10,000,000,000.00 shall be issued in single or multiple tranches with tenors of Seven (7) Year and/or Twelve (12) Year Fixed-Rate Peso-denominated Retail Bonds due to mature on 2021 and/or 2026, respectively.
