IN THE MATTER OF THE CENTURY ACQUA LIFESTYLE CORP.
ORDER
Upon consideration of the Amended Registration Statement and other papers and documents attached thereto which were filed on behalf of CENTURY ACQUA LIFESTYLE CORP., the Commission in its meeting of June 2, 2016 resolved to render effective the same reflecting therein changes to its Registration Statement which was rendered effective on June 15, 2015.
The salient amendments refer to the following:
1. Selling of the Preferred Shares of Stock in tranches;
2. The Payment Terms of the Offer;
3. Reckoning Date of the Commencement of the enrollment with ACCOR Advantage Plus;
4. Additional Provisions in the Preferred Shareholders' Entitlement & Dividends;
5. Details on the Share in Net Room Rental Revenue; and
6. Tax Implication on the Subscription and Disposition of Shares.
Let a Certificate of Permit to Offer Securities for Sale be issued in favor of CENTURY ACQUA LIFESTYLE CORP. authorizing the sale of the aforementioned securities in tranches subject to the aforementioned changes/amendments to its Registration Statement.
