NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that on 27 August 2014, a sworn Registration Statement was initially filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on behalf of Max's Group, Inc. for the registration of up to 300,136,430 Common Shares with a par value of One Pesos (P1.00). An amended version was subsequentty filed on 04 September 2014 reflecting the breakdown of the offered shares as follows:
