('Club'), the Commission in its meeting on November 6, 2014 resolved to render effective the same for the registration of the Club's Seven Thousand Five Hundred (7,500) Proprietary Shares and Thirty Thousand (30,000) Associate Shares at the offer price of P100,000.00 and P20,000.00 each respectively.
