The Securities and Exchange Commission approved on 06 December 2018 the Articles and Plan of Merger executed by and between Marayo Bank, Inc. (A Rural Bank) [MRYNO], the surviving corporation, and Rural Bank of Oton (Iloilo), Inc. [OTON], the absorbed corporation, whereby the entire assets and liabilities of OTON will be transferred to and absorbed by MRYNO. HTcADC
The merger took effect on 07 December 2018.
