The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas has approved the adoption of the trade name and/or business name, "MAXBANK — A THRIFT BANK" by Microfinance Maximum Savings Bank, Inc. The Securities and Exchange Commission has registered the Bank's Amended Articles of Incorporation and Amended By-Laws bearing its trade/business name on 30 July 2010.
