Please be informed that in spite of the Enhanced Community Quarantine imposed over Luzon and other parts of the country, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) continues to accept online applications for the registration of Corporations and Partnerships through the Company Registration System (CRS).
However, due to the current COVID-19 quarantine procedures limiting the mobility of individuals and the closure of establishments, the verification of payment and generation of Certificate of Incorporation or Certificate of Filing of Articles of Partnership may be made and released by the SEC Company Registration and Monitoring Department (CRMD) only after the enhanced community quarantine has been lifted.
