ORIENT STAR TRADING ENTERPRISES, INC., ET AL., complainants, vs. LINDA CABALLERO, otherwise known as LINDA ACENAS, respondent.
O R D E R
When this case was called for hearing only complainants and their counsel appeared notwithstanding due notice sent to the parties. However, a representative of the respondent in the person of Miriam Macapinlac appeared and manifested before the Commission that respondent received the Order dated October 13, 1987 only the day before the hearing and because of this she was not able to hire a lawyer to represent her in this case. Respondent moved that today's hearing on the injunction incident be cancelled to which motion counsel for the complainants did not object. cHDAIS
WHEREFORE, the hearing on complainant's prayer for the issuance of a writ of preliminary injunction scheduled for today is hereby cancelled and reset for October 22, 1987 at 2:00 o'clock in the afternoon. cHSIAC
