We received today a letter from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) that the written accreditation examination for Personal Equity and Retirement Account (PERA) Administrators initially scheduled on Friday, March 1, 2013, has been postponed due to logistics issues. Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas is looking to re-schedule the examination sometime late March 2013. We will notify you at the soonest opportunity once the schedule of the accreditation examination is finalized by the PERA regulators.
