Upon consideration of the registration statement and its papers and documents attached thereto filed for and on behalf of SUN LIFE FINANCIAL PLANS, INC., the Commission pursuant to SEC Memorandum Circular No. 1 Series of 2007 re: Guidelines on the Expeditious Approvals of Matter Concerning Pre-Need Plans, rendered effective the registration and licensing of additional securities covering 6,415 Fixed Value Non-Participating Sun Education Plans worth Four Hundred Million Pesos (P400,000,000.00) of said corporation subject to the prescribed terms and conditions of the permit. Accordingly, a Certificate of Permit to Sell Securities is hereby issued authorizing the sale of 6,415 Fixed Value Non-Participating Sun Education Plans worth Four Hundred Million Pesos (P400,000,000.00) only.
