SEC PRE-NEED ORDER NO. 176-06
IN THE MATTER OF ALTERNATIVE TRADING SYSTEM PHILIPPINES, registrant
REGISTRATION AND LICENSING OF DEVELOPMENT OF THE BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES
Upon consideration of the registration statement and its papers and documents attached thereto filed for and on behalf of Development Bank of the Philippines the Commission in its meeting on February 2, 2006 rendered effective the registration and licensing of the Marketplace for SME Receivables Purchase (M4SME-RP) as an Alternative Trading System (ATS) subject to the prescribed terms and condition of the Permit.
Accordingly, a Certificate of Permit to Operate an Alternative Trading System is hereby issued.
The Permit herein issued only covers the operation of the system. This, however, does not constitute a recommendation or indorsement. It shall be unlawful to make or cause to be made any prospective participants any representation contrary to the foregoing.
Let this Order be published at the expense of the corporation once in a newspaper of general circulation in the Philippines within ten (10) days from its promulgation. The corporation is hereby directed to submit to...
