ORDER
Upon consideration of the registration statement and its papers and documents attached thereto filed for and on behalf of PHILAM PLANS, INC., the Commission in its meeting on October 4, 2007 rendered effective the registration/licensing of initial securities covering 514 Fixed Value Participating Life Plans with Increasing Memorial Service Benefit worth Ninety Million Pesos (P90,000,000.00) and 514 Fixed Value Participating Life Plan with Anticipated Endowment worth Ninety Million Pesos (P90,000,000.00) of said corporation subject to the prescribed terms and conditions of the Permit.
Accordingly, a Certificate of Permit to Sell Securities is hereby issued authorizing the sale of initial securities covering 514 Fixed Value Participating Life Plans with Increasing Memorial Service Benefit worth Ninety Million Pesos (P90,000,000.00) and 514 Fixed Value Participating Life Plan with Anticipated Endowment worth Ninety Million Pesos (P90,000,000.00).
