Notice is hereby given that on April 14, 2005 a sworn registration statement was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission for and on behalf of TRANSNATIONAL PLANS, INC. for the additional registration/licensing of P30 million worth of dollar pension plans to be sold at the following contract prices per plan unit based on annual installments:
