REGISTRATION/LICENSING OF PRE-NEED FIXED VALUE EDUCATION PLANS
ORDER
Upon consideration of the registration statement and its papers and documents attached thereto filed for and on behalf of HIMLAYANG PILIPINO FINANCIAL PLANS, INC., the Commission in its meeting on March 3, 2004 rendered effective the additional registration/licensing of ONE HUNDRED MILLION PESOS (P100,000,000.00) worth of Fixed Value Education Plans of said corporation subject to the prescribed terms and conditions of the permit.
Accordingly, a Certificate of Permit to Sell Securities is hereby issued authorizing the sale of P68,218,636.00 worth of Fixed Value Education Plans net of the plans sold worth of P31,781,364.00 for the period from November 2004 to January 2005.
However, the issuance thereof is only permissive and does not constitute a recommendation or indorsement of the securities permitted to be offered for sale. It shall be unlawful to make or cause to be made to any prospective purchaser any representation contract to the foregoing.
