REGISTRATION/LICENSING OF SECURITIES COVERING 571 TRADITIONAL LIFE PLANS WORTH P30 MILLION
ORDER
Upon consideration of the registration statement and its papers and documents attached thereto filed on July 25, 2007 for and on behalf of PAZ MEMORIAL SERVICES, INC., the Commission in its meeting on November 15, 2007 rendered effective the initial registration and licensing of securities covering 571 Traditional Life Plans worth Thirty Million Pesos (P30,000,000.00) of said corporation subject to the prescribed terms and conditions of the permit.
The company however had an over issuance of securities amounting to P6,886,567.00 as of July 31, 2007.
Accordingly, a Certificate of Permit to Sell Securities is hereby issued authorizing the sale of P23,113,433.00 worth of Traditional Life Plans only.
However, the issuance thereof is only permissive and does not constitute a recommendation or endorsement of the securities permitted to be offered for sale. It shall be unlawful to make or cause to be made to any prospective purchaser any representation contrary to the foregoing.
