NOTICE
The Securities and Exchange Commission proposes to adopt and issue SIMPLIFIED RULES ON ONBOARDING PROCEDURES FOR LOW RISK ACCOUNTS. Hence, The Commission is inviting the financial intermediaries, other interested parties and investing public, to submit your views, comments, and inputs on the proposed rules. HTcADC
The draft SEC Memorandum Circular is hereto attached for your reference.
