SUBJECT : San Miguel Corporation
This is with reference to Circular for Brokers No. 716-2000 dated March 21, 2000 pertaining to San Miguel Corporation's ("SMC") clarification of a news article reporting of its interest to purchase Splash Manufacturing Corporation.
In a letter dated March 23, 2000, SMC further advised that:
" . . . SMC categorically states that it does not have anything to do with Splash Manufacturing."
