The Commission has received information that individuals or group of persons are using the official SEC logo in social media such as Facebook.
Please be advised that the following links are the official pages of the Commission:

Be informed further that the SEC logo as appearing above, is duly registered with the National Historical Commission of the Philippines on April 2016 as signed by its Chair and the Office of the President. Except from the above-mentioned official links, the Commission has not recognized/authorized any affiliates nor endorsed any social media account to use its official SEC logo.
Thus, the Commission WARNS the public that the SEC official logo is a property of the Commission and all rights pertaining thereto belongs to the Commission. Any unauthorized use or appropriation for business or personal exploitation thereof by individuals or entities without written permission, endorsement or approval by the Commission shall be severely dealt with by law and may incur criminal liability or...
