SEC NOTICE

Please be informed that the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Main Office located in Secretariat Building, Philippine International Convention Center (PICC) Complex, Roxas Boulevard, Pasay City will be closed on Monday, 6 July 2020, for disinfection.

The Commission shall implement a work-from-home arrangement, in accordance with the guidelines issued by the Civil Service Commission, during the temporary closure of the SEC Main Office.

Accordingly, the public may continue filing applications through the Company Registration System or the Interim Online Registration System for corporations with less than five incorporators, or through email for other transactions. The pertinent guidelines may be accessed at http://www.sec.gov.ph/public-information-2/investors-education-and-information/covid-19-related-issuances/.

Likewise, the Commission will continue to accept orders for SEC documents through the SEC Express System and keep the SEC Express Nationwide Submission (SENS) facility open for the filing of reports such as Annual Financial Statements and the General Information Sheet through courier or registered mail.
