This refers to the Sworn Certification on the revised Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Prevention Program (MTPP) being submitted by some BSP-Supervised Financial Institutions pursuant to BSP Circular No. 706 (Updated Anti-Money Laundering Rules and Regulations) dated 5 January 2011.
Please be informed that submission to BSP of the said sworn certification is no longer required under Subsections X805.2 of the Manual of Regulations for Banks (MORB) and 4805Q.2 of the Manual of Regulations for Non-Bank Financial Institutions (MORNBFI), as amended by Circular No. 1022 dated 26 November 2018.
