2008POEA MARKET UPDATE NO. 18-08PRESCRIBED WAGE RATES FOR COMMON CONSTRUCTION OCCUPATIONS IN GUAMThe U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services has issued the new wage rates for common construction occupations for Guam. The new wage rates which took effect on 28 July 2008, will be applicable until 15 January 2009, after which they will be subject to regular review by the U.S. Immigration.
