2008POEA MARKET UPDATE NO. 18-08PRESCRIBED WAGE RATES FOR COMMON CONSTRUCTION OCCUPATIONS IN GUAMThe U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services has issued the new wage rates for common construction occupations for Guam.
