EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 466 May 31, 1976
AMENDING EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 277 DATED DECEMBER 8, 1970, AS AMENDED BY EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 269, DATED MARCH 2, 1971, ENTITLED "CREATING THE PRESIDENTIAL ADVISORY COMMITTEE ON COPPER INDUSTRY"
For the purpose of effecting and implementing an orderly planning and development of the copper industry, the Presidential Advisory Committee on Copper Industry may participate in any pre-investment venture together with the private sector for the establishment of projects for the further processing of ores into blister and refined copper products, and for the utilization of the by-products thereof, including production of phosphate fertilizer.
Done in the City of Manila, this 31st day of May, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and seventy-six.

Amending Executive Order No. 277 and Executive Order No. 269
- The Presidential Advisory Committee on Copper Industry is authorized to participate in pre-investment ventures with the private sector for the following purposes:
