EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 13 April 23, 1986
AMENDING EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 1, DATED FEBRUARY 28, 1986, CREATING THE PRESIDENTIAL COMMISSION ON GOOD GOVERNMENT.
I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby order:
Sec. 1. Executive Order No. 1, dated February 28, 1986, creating the Presidential Commission on Good Government, is hereby amended by inserting a new section between Sections 5 and 6, as follows:
"Sec. 5-A. The Commission is hereby declared a critical agency and its personnel are accordingly exempted from the application of the rules and regulations of the Office of Compensation and Position Classification. The Commission shall determine the salary rates of its regular and contractual personnel, as well as the rates of honorarium of detailed personnel."
Sec. 2. This Executive Order shall take effect immediately.
Done in the City of Manila, this 23rd day of April in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and eighty-six.
