EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 278 October 10, 1995
AMENDING EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 274 DATED 14 SEPTEMBER 1995, ESTABLISHING THE PRESIDENTIAL COMMISSION ON BICOL TOURISM SPECIAL DEVELOPMENT PROJECT.
I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby amend Executive Order No. 274 dated 14 September 1995 entitled "Establishing The Presidential commission on Bicol Tourism Special development Project".
SECTION 1. Section 1 of Executive Order No. 274, series of 1995, is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Sec. 1. To ensure that an effective mechanism and linkage is instituted for the implementation of the Bicol Region Tourism master Plan (BRTMP), there is hereby created under the Office of the President a Presidential commission to be called the Bicol Tourism Special Development Project Commission which shall be responsible for the overall coordination and supervision of the implementation of the BRTMP. It shall be composed of the following:

Secretary of Public Works and Highways C Vice-Chairman
Secretary of Transportation and Communications C Member
