EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 368 August 24, 1989

AMENDING EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 329, SERIES OF 1988, ENTITLED "CREATING APPRAISAL COMMITTEES IN THE METROPOLITAN MANILA AREA, DEFINING THEIR GENERAL FUNCTIONS, AND PRESCRIBING THEIR PROCEDURES"

By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby order that Executive Order No. 329, Series of 1988, entitled "Creating Appraisal Committees in the Metropolitan Manila Area, Defining Their General Functions, and Prescribing Their Procedures", be amended to include the Assessor of the Municipality where the property subject of evaluation is located as member of the Municipal Appraisal Committee in Metropolitan Manila.

This Executive Order shall take effect immediately.

Done in the City of Manila, this 24th day of August, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and eighty-nine.
