- The Dapa - Union - Gen. Luna Road in the Province of Surigao del Norte is hereby converted into a national secondary road. (Section 1)
- The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders, and circulars to implement the provisions of this Act. (Section 2)
- This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in a newspaper of general circulation. (Section 3)

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 10042
AN ACT CONVERTING THE DAPA - UNION - GEN. LUNA ROAD, PROVINCE OF SURIGAO DEL NORTE INTO A NATIONAL SECONDARY ROAD
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1. The Dapa - Union - Gen. Luna Road, Province of Surigao del Norte is hereby converted into a national secondary road.
Section 2. The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act.
Section 3. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
