AN ACT CONVERTING THE RAMOS-PURA ROAD IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF RAMOS AND PURA, PROVINCE OF TARLAC INTO A NATIONAL ROAD

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The Ramos-Pura Road in the municipalities of Ramos and Pura, Province of Tarlac, consisting of 4.7 kilometers, more or less, is hereby converted into a national road.

SEC. 2. The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

Summary of Republic Act No. 9350

Conversion of Ramos-Pura Road into a National Road
- The Ramos-Pura Road in the municipalities of Ramos and Pura, Province of Tarlac, consisting of 4.7 kilometers, more or less, is hereby converted into a national road. (Section 1)
