AN ACTCONVERTINGTHE MUNICIPALITY OF TABUK INTO A COMPONENT CITY OF THE PROVINCE OF KALINGATO BE KNOWN AS THE CITY OF TABUK
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
ARTICLE I
GENERAL PROVISIONS
Section 1. Title. - This Act shall be known as the "Charter of the City of Tabuk".
Section 2. The City of Tabuk. - The Municipality of Tabuk shall be converted into a component city to be known as the City of Tabuk, hereinafter referred to as the City.
Section 3. Territorial Boundary of the City of Tabuk. - The City of Tabuk shall comprise the present jurisdiction of the Municipality of Tabuk in the Province of Kalinga over which it has jurisdiction. The territorial jurisdiction of the City shall be...
