- One (1) additional Metropolitan Trial Court branch is created in the National Capital Judicial Region, stationed in Malabon City. (Section 1)

Assignment of Branch Numbers
- The Supreme Court shall assign the respective branch numbers for the newly created branches. (Section 2)
Implementation and Funding
- The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, in coordination with the Secretary of the Department of Justice, shall immediately include the implementation of this Act in the Court's program. (Section 3)
- The funding for the implementation shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. (Section 3)
- The funds necessary for the operation of the newly created Courts shall be appropriated and released only upon the actual organization of the Courts and the appointment of its personnel. (Section 3)
Repealing and Amending Provisions
- Sections 14(d) and 27 of Batas Pambansa Blg. 129, otherwise known as "The Judiciary Reorganization Act of 1980", as amended, as well as other provisions that may be inconsistent with this Act, are hereby deemed repealed, modified and/or further amended. (Section 4)
Effectivity
- This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after completion of its publication in the Official Gazette or in two (2) newspapers of general circulation. (Section 5)

AN ACT CREATING AN ADDITIONAL BRANCH OF THE METROPOLITAN TRIAL COURT AND FIVE (5) ADDITIONAL BRANCHES OF THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURT IN THE NATIONAL CAPITAL JUDICIAL REGION TO BE STATIONED AT THE CITY OF MALABON, FURTHER AMENDING FOR THE PURPOSE BATAS PAMBANSA BLG. 129, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS "THE JUDICIARY REORGANIZATION ACT OF 1980″, AS AMENDED, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1. One (1) additional Metropolitan Trial Court branch and five (5) additional Regional Trial Court branches for Malabon City, with seats thereat, are hereby created m the National Capital Judicial Region.
Section 2. The Supreme Court shall assign the respective branch numbers for the newly created branches.
