Summary of Republic Act No. 11610Creation of Iligan City District Engineering Office
- A district engineering office is created in the Lone Legislative District of Iligan City, to be known as the Iligan City District Engineering Office. (Section 1)
Operationalization and Funding
- The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall include in the Department's program the operationalization of a separate district engineering office in Iligan City. (Section 2)
- The funding for the Iligan City District Engineering Office shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. (Section 2)
Effectivity
- This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation. (Section 3)

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 11610
AN ACT CREATING THE ILIGAN CITY DISTRICT ENGINEERING OFFICE AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. A district engineering office is hereby created in the Lone Legislative District of the City of Iligan to be known as the Iligan City District Engineering Office.
SECTION 2. The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall include in the Department's program the operationalization of a separate district engineering office in the City of Iligan, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.
